Device Permissions:
- Camera Access: We request access to your device’s camera solely to perform real-time clover detection. No images or video frames are stored or transmitted off your device unless you explicitly share or save them.
- Photo Library Access: We request permission to save annotated images to your Photos library when you choose “Save”.
Usage Data & Analytics: We automatically collect anonymous usage events (e.g. “app_opened”, “clover_detected”, slider adjustments) via Firebase Analytics. These events do not include any personally identifying information. They help us understand how the app is used and improve its functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the core functionality of Lucky4 (camera inference, thumbnail generation, sharing features).
To improve and personalize your experience (for example, remembering your sensitivity slider setting).
To monitor performance and diagnose technical issues via anonymous analytics.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Analytics data collected through Firebase is stored and processed by Google, subject to their privacy practices:

5. Data Retention

Camera frames used for inference are processed in memory and not retained. Saved images and thumbnails remain on your device unless you delete them. Analytics logs are retained by Firebase according to its retention policy.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data processed by the app. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

Lucky4 is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifying information from children under 13.
